Despite the title, Bolker's book is for anyone working on a long project like the Junior Seminar paper or Senior thesis. Bolker addresses some of the traumas that come up during the course of writing a lengthy paper and offers realistic solutions. Read the relevent sections as you need them -- this book is cheaper than therapy and easier on your friends and family.
